1. Why should I use an agent?

2. How much is it going to cost me to have an agent?
Each time a property is listed the fees are negotiated with the seller. You and your Progressive Real Estate Groups agent will discuss the fees appropriate to selling your specific property.
3. How long must the property be listed?
Each property must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the amount of marketing time needed.
4. How will a price be determined for my property?
Your Progressive Real Estate Groups agent will be doing a full Market Analysis (Competitive Market Analysis or CMA) for your property. It will contain current market condition statistics, information about the Progressive Real Estate Groups and our success rate with sellers, and information about enhancing the marketability of your property.
5. What are the steps involved?
Your Progressive Real Estate Groups agent will first visit your property to obtain information to do your CMA. Your agent will then spend many hours doing research to provide you with the best possible evaluation of your property. Your agent will then reschedule a time with you to sit down and explain what all of the market research means to you.
6. What if I decide to not list my property?
What do I owe for these services? Your CMA is free. The Progressive Real Estate Groups know that you cannot reasonably make a decision without first knowing the price of your property and the current market conditions. We also know that if we have done a good job for you, when you do sell you will choose the Progressive Real Estate Groups to do so.
